Odessa was grieved to learn last Saturday noon of the death of one of its formost businessmen and citizens, Edward J. Kriegler. Coming to Washington state as one of the men who pioneered this country when the Big Bend was little more than a vast expanse of sage brush , he established one of the first business enterprises in this part of Lincoln county, and since the first day he came here he has been a factor in the upbuilding and advancement of Odessa.
