Art contest

Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers invites high school students throughout the Fifth Congressional District to participate in the 32nd Annual Congressional Art Competition, “An Artistic Discovery,” which began in 1982 as a way to recognize and encourage the artistic talent.

The winning student will be invited to Washington, DC for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and will have the artwork displayed in the Capitol for one year.
