Monday, March 31: A Davenport caller expressed concern about two youngsters riding motorized mini-bikes at high speeds and not stopping for stop signs in the vicinity of Eighth and Adams streets.
Deputies investigated an incident of cell phone harassment reported by a Spring Canyon area resident.
A tow truck was called for a woman's vehicle that broke down on SR 2 a few miles west of Davenport.
Tuesday, April 1: An Edwall resident reported being the target of harassment.
After electrical work had been done, a shop building caught fire on property adjacent to Level Road North near Davenport. At one point, concern was expressed about flames coming close to fuel tanks inside.
Wednesday, April 2: Ambulance personnel transported a 66-year-old man who possibly suffered a stroke from Lakeview Terrace mobile home park to Coulee Community Hospital.
A Creston woman reported being the target of harassment.
Wilbur Police investigated a burglary and trashing of a house in the 500 block of NE Main Street, where a back door had been broken though.
An Odessa resident located a stolen bicycle in the 200 block of Marjorie.
Thursday, April 3: Odessa ambulance personnel transported an 88-year-old man who had fallen to Odessa Memorial Hospital for treatment.
A Davenport woman told dispatchers she had been verbally harassed by a man.
A Davenport resident reported the loss of jewelry and a laptop computer as a result of a burglary at her residence in the 1300 block of Logan Street.
A Creston caller expressed concern about an older woman who seemed "confused and dazed" while at Big Bob's before driving away in a black Jeep.
A Reardan man reported an incident of fraud involving a check drawn on his U.S. Bank account.
Trespassing was suspected after a caller reported seeing a pickup truck and hearing gunshots on property along the Old Highway Loop Road near Odessa.
A fire thought to be out of control on property about 14 miles north of Davenport on SR 25 was determined to be under control after all.
Wilbur ambulance personnel transported a 26-year-old woman with severe abdominal pain from a residence in the 400 block of SE Trinity to Lincoln Hospital in Davenport.
Wilbur Police, assisted by deputies, responded to the local medical clinic after personnel there treated a woman who appeared to be a victim of a domestic violence incident that began in Hartline and continued as she and another occupant of a vehicle traveled east on SR 2.
Friday, April 4: A Creston caller reported being threatened after renting out a residence.
Two men argued over a fence being built on property adjacent to Hawk Creek Ranch Road.
A woman was placed into custody after deputies responded to a domestic violence call from a Laney Brothers Road residence near Odessa.
Deputies investigated a possible assault incident involving inmates in the county jail.
A resident on Eagle View Lane East, north of Reardan, reported a lot of shooting was taking place in that area.
An Edwall resident reported he had been chased by a man with a baseball bat.
A railroad crossing arm on Birch Street in Odessa was reported damaged, perhaps as a result of being hit by a car.
Saturday, April 5: Three individuals at the Stumpjumpers' encampment near Odessa reported being attacked. People cleared the scene when a man allegedly pulled out a knife. No injuries were reported.
A caller reported that a man had been shooting a pellet gun in the Creston town limits, in the vicinity of the 300 block of SW C Street.
A one-vehicle collision was reported at the curve on SR 21 north of Wilbur.
Two vehicles collided in the 100 block of East 1st Avenue in Odessa.
A Sprague man reported a motorcycle had been stolen from his garage in the 100 block of South H Street.
A loose pit bull dog was the focus of a pursuit that began near the Black Bear Motel and Harrington Machinery in Davenport.
An intoxicated woman wanted to be arrested and taken to jail so much that she told a Wilbur officer she encountered at Main and Division streets that she would hit him if that would get her there.
Sunday, April 6: Turkey hunters were reported to be trespassing in a hay field adjacent to Bull Run Road north of Reardan.
Two men were arrested for traffic-related violations after a caller reported someone was spinning brodies in the Ritzville Warehouse Co. parking lot near the intersection of SR 28 and Kupers Road.

New Criminal Case
Ryan Joseph Brereton, 35, of Spokane Valley, is charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle and reckless driving in connection with a March 14 pursuit at high speeds through downtown Davenport that ended at the SR 2-Rocklyn Road intersection after a deputy placed spike strips on the roadway. He is accused of traveling at about 85 mph, passing other vehicles on the SR 2 bridge just east of Davenport, having "no regard for oncoming traffic" or pedestrians on sidewalks and in crosswalks. He allegedly left the scene of a traffic stop at Trader's Express after arguing with a deputy about his impending arrest for reckless driving. After his vehicle hit the spike strips, slid off the highway and ended up in a ditch, he allegedly tried to run away on foot, but was apprehended after a brief chase.
