Monday, July 14: Sprague firefighters responded to a small brush fire on the Old Sprague Highway just east of Williams Lake. Odessa firefighters battled a brush fire at Rimrock and Brownswell roads northwest of Odessa.
Railroad crossing arms at Downs and Tanke roads near Harrington were reported as malfunctioning.
A traffic incident involved two bicyclists and a truck and trailer on SR 2 near Sherman Draw Road.
A Davenport Safeway shopper reported her parked car's driver side door was hit while she was inside the store.
Between 40 and 50 goats were reported out on Miles Creston Road.
A caller advised dispatchers of a verbal altercation involving two men - and possibly alcohol - outside Sprague's Chevron station.
A malfunctioning sprinkler system sprayed water into Morgan Street near US Bank in Davenport.
Davenport ambulance personnel assisted an 88-year-old woman who had fallen at Davenport Retirement Village.
Tuesday, July 15: Damage was reported to a fence after a cow got loose along SR 23 near Sprague.
Sprague ambulance personnel assisted an 88-year-old woman at a 4th Street residence who experienced breathing difficulties and "sharp" chest pains.
A break-in at a shop building on Second Street in Davenport was reported.
"Multiple cases of trespassing" by drivers using Johns Rocky Way, a private roadway, were reported.
An insufficient check for $370 was used to pay for repairs at Mick's Auto in Davenport.
A caller reported the theft of a boat and vehicle from a residence on Stagecoach Lane.
A collision involving a county vehicle and a fawn took place at SR 28 and Deking Road south of Davenport.
Wednesday, July 16: A man complained to dispatchers that he wasn't being permitted to go through items at Lincoln County Care and Share in Davenport.
A tree fell on a power line at the intersection of Fourth and Marshall streets in Davenport.
Two vehicles and a damaged guardrail were involved in a collision on SR 174 north of Wilbur.
Thursday, July 17: A collision involving a vehicle and deer took place on Miles Creston Road with the driver suffering a knot on his head and damage to the windshield reported.
A vehicle was damaged in an apparent hit-and-run collision at Sterling Point.
A caller reported being involved in a rear-end collision in the Davenport Safeway parking lot.
A Reardan caller reported someone had just cut the fuel and brake lines on a 4-wheeler on property along Moore Road North.
A cat was found poisoned at a residence on West 2nd Street in Sprague.
Deputies responded to a report that a man was threatening to burn people at the Davenport city park and swimming pool.
Friday, July 18: A collision involving a deer was reported on SR 2 about three miles west of Wilbur.
A Davenport caller told dispatchers that her dog had been attacked in its own yard on Merriam Street by another dog.
Deputies responded to a report that a man had attempted to strangle himself with a belt inside a Davenport residence.
A credit card was believed used to break into a residence on Sixth Street in Davenport.
Davenport ambulance personnel responded to a Fifteenth Street residence where a woman was having trouble breathing.
Deputies responded to a report of several people engaged in a verbal dispute while at the Davenport city park.
A deputy checked out a report that embers were burning near the SR 2 bridge on Davenport's east end.
Saturday, July 19: Sprague ambulance personnel responded to a one-vehicle rollover collision on SR 23.
A malfunctioning railroad crossing arm would not come down at Sherlock Street in Harrington.
Davenport ambulance personnel and Reardan EMTs transported a woman experiencing severe hip pain from her Cottonwood Street residence in Reardan to Lincoln Hospital.
Occupants of a boat on Lake Roosevelt near Two Rivers Resort were described as not knowing where they were and in need of assistance. They were given information on how to travel from Hawk Creek to Seven Bays and the casino.
A man who claimed two individuals had assaulted him was observed attempting to flag down passing traffic on SR 2 west of Davenport.

Criminal Sentencing
Kristina Marie Kuehne, 29, of Wilbur, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft (amended through plea negotiations from possession of stolen property) in connection with an Oct. 4, 2013, incident in Wilbur. She must serve 60 days confinement, concurrent with time imposed in an Okanogan County case, with credit for time served. She also will be assessed restitution to be determined, along with $700 court costs and unspecified attorney fees.
Civil Judgment
Pinkys Market and More LLC, of Almira, must pay $566.68 in worker compensation taxes to the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.
New Criminal Cases
Three Spokane men are charged in connection with a burglary of a shop building June 23-24 at a Bald Ridge Road residence northeast of Davenport, where a loss of more than $5,000 was claimed. Multiple tools, a tractor radiator and wire were reported stolen and damage was observed on doors and door frames, along with ransacking of an office inside. Wires also were found cut on several pieces of equipment stored there. Chuck Wyatt Cropper, 47, is charged with two counts of second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and first-degree malicious mischief. Ryan Eugene Lashbrook, 28, and Paul Francis McNutt, 30, are both charged with second-degree burglary and first-degree theft.
Joanie Marie Flett, 33, of Wellpinit, is charged with second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm in connection with a July 10 traffic stop on SR 25 just north of Davenport. Taken to the county jail, deputies discovered and removed a revolver loaded with two live bullets tucked inside her pants, according to the charging documents.
James Edward Tubbs, 18, of Edwall, is charged with six counts of second-degree theft, along with third-degree theft, in connection with six stolen credit cards and $750 in cash allegedly taken with a woman's wallet on July 13.
