Monday, Oct. 27: A deputy assisted Davenport Safeway store personnel in the removal of a man and woman discovered sleeping in a tent next to a dumpster.
A caller reported the theft of a riding lawnmower from the 1300 block of Ponderosa Avenue in Seven Bays.
A Davenport woman reported receiving a harassing text message on her cell phone.
Tuesday, Oct. 28: Responding to the 300 block of West Sherlock, Harrington ambulance personnel assisted a 51-year-old woman suffering chest pains.
Wednesday, Oct. 29: No one was reported injured after a vehicle collided with a horse on U.S. 2 west of Davenport.
Two deputies responded to a report of a dispute between a woman and a man in the 1200 block of Eighth Street in Davenport.
A dog owner in the 900 block of Eleventh Street in Davenport was advised she could be cited if her pets continue to bark continuously.
A Sprague man reported the theft of a recently purchased pistol from inside a pickup truck parked in the 600 block of West 3rd.
About $88 belonging to a Sprague 4-H club was taken without permission from a vehicle parked in the 400 block of West 3rd Street in Sprague.
Thursday, Oct. 30: Phone lines in the Reardan area were reportedly not working.
Deputies responded to a dispute between a man and a woman in Sprague over custody of their three children.
Deputies investigated an incident of illegal dumping about a quarter mile south of Wilbur.
Two deputies responded to a report of a domestic incident involving residents of the 100 block of SW 1st Street in Creston. Later, a woman told dispatchers she and a 4-year-old girl “snuck out” of the residence after a man inside made “threatening gestures.”
Deputies responded to the 300 block of East Brooke in Sprague where at least two individuals were involved in a dispute.
Deputies responded to the 100 block of SE Railroad in Creston where a man and a woman were reportedly involved in an argument.
Odessa Police responded to the 500 block of South Alder Street where a woman reported a potato caught fire inside a microwave oven.
Friday, Oct. 31: Responding to the 200 block of South Central in Reardan, Reardan EMTs and Davenport ambulance personnel assisted a 75-year-old man who had fallen and may have experienced an allergic reaction to medications.
A 25-year-old woman suffered a cut on her arm after a one-vehicle rollover in foggy conditions on I-90 near Sprague.
Someone knifed tires on a U-Haul truck parked outside Katz Realty in Davenport. Similar incidents also were reported in the 900 block of Logan Street and the 900 block of Morgan.
A deputy investigated a broken window reported at 822 Morgan Street in Davenport.
Residents in the vicinity of Third and Merriam streets in Davenport phoned in their concern after seeing someone dressed in camouflage enter a house. A responding deputy determined it was the son of the homeowner.
A Creston woman expressed concern that her son was the target of harassment.
A caller reported someone had blocked an access road off SR 231 north of Reardan with junk lumber and other items.
Someone tore down a wall inside a residence in the 800 Park Street in Davenport and took a large tool box without permission.
Responding to the Sprague Chevron station, deputies interviewed a man who claimed he had been slapped by a passenger in a vehicle he was driving on I-90. A cell phone also was broken.
A female inmate in the county jail apparently fell from her bed and was found bleeding from a cut above her left eye.
During a traffic stop at Euclid and SR 231, Reardan Police discovered marijuana in a vehicle driven by an underage individual.
Saturday, Nov. 1: Two inmates found writing graffiti under a table in the county jail chose to clean it up rather than be locked down for a period.
A deputy responded to a report of a truck traveling on a private roadway near Reardan with no lights on, someone threatening to shoot someone, and the sound of gunshots in the vicinity of the 36300 block of Crescent Road North.
Two “suspicious” individuals were observed walking with flashlights in a field adjacent to Bisson Road west of Reardan.
A collision involving a vehicle and deer was reported near the intersection of Seven Bays and Miles Creston roads.
A county jail inmate was suspected of using another inmate’s phone card without permission to make about $40 worth of calls.
A deputy investigated a littering incident in the 9700 block of Knapp Road North near Harrington.
A deputy checked out a report that juveniles were trying to climb on the Peak Fitness roof in the 500 block of Morgan Street in Davenport.
Odessa Police were asked to deal with a dog that kept going inside the Odessa Foods store.
A resident of the 500 block of East 1st Avenue in Odessa caught individuals in the process of toilet-papering his house. He told police that when he asked them to clean it up, they responded with obscene language.
Sunday, Nov. 2: More reports of slashed tires, possibly related to those from Oct. 30-31, were phoned in by residents of the 1000 and 1130 blocks of Merriam Street in Davenport.
A deputy responded to a report of a loud party in the 300 block of West Glover in Harrington.
A man was placed in custody after an alcohol-related fight was reported in a field near Sprague.
Two women in the Davenport and Harrington areas reported receiving suspicious and sexually oriented Facebook messages.
A fire destroyed a doghouse and a portion of fence at a residence at Eleventh and Maxwell streets in Davenport.
A man was arrested for trespassing at the Lincoln County Care and Share facility in Davenport

Criminal Sentencing
Brieanna Sharlene Dahlenburg, 28, Almira, pleaded guilty Oct. 27 to possession of a stolen vehicle in connection with a Oct. 6 incident during which a pickup truck reported stolen from Wenatchee was recovered in Almira. Her sentence included 20 days jail (credited as served), 12 months community custody, $800 court costs and $252.51 restitution to the vehicle’s owner.
Civil Judgment
Pinkys Market and More LLC, of Almira, must pay $14,269.72 in taxes owed from April 1 to July 31 of this year to the Washington State Department of Revenue.
New Criminal Case
Nathaniel David S. Parker, 21, Moses Lake, was charged with attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle after an Oct. 24 incident near Odessa. He is accused of driving a pickup truck that had been taken without permission from Moses Lake, at high speeds, finally running off a county road and into a wheat field. The vehicle’s owner had left a key inside and the door unlocked for his wife, according to court papers filed by the prosecutor’s office.
New Civil Cases
Federal National Mortgage Association filed an unlawful detainer matter, seeking possession of property at 5283 North Estate Road, Sprague, allegedly currently occupied by former owners Connie and Dean Mann. The property was sold at a sheriff’s sale on Feb. 15, 2013.
Dolores Danielle Cresse, of Sprague, seeks a domestic violence protection order against Gordon Sherman Cresse, of Spokane. A hearing is scheduled on Nov. 12.
