Help Grant Co. sheriff stop metal thieves

Metal theft continues to be a concern in many communities, and the Grant County Sheriff’s Office is reminding the public of ways to help stop these crimes.

Metal thieves target copper wire, steel scrap and parts from vehicles and farm implements as a source of quick cash. These people have little regard for the community and are jeopardizing citizens’ safety.

Here’s what individuals can do:
