Letter to the Editor; "Use it or lose it" could be mantra for Odessa business

To the Editor:

I am sure we all can appreciate the services and businesses that we have available to us in such a small town as Odessa. And I know we all know the importance of shopping local. I have always been a firm believer in the old saying “use it or lose it.” Our clinic and hospital, our golf course, our downtown businesses and restaurants.
