The Grant County Sheriff’s office reported a 911 outage affecting Wilson Creek and possibly affecting other areas. Those having trouble calling 911 were advised to call 509-762-1160 for help. That is the MACC non-emergency line.
The report also said the outage was possibly caused by rodents. Initially the Sheriff’s Office expected 911 service to be restored by 12 noon Tuesday, but a later update said it was not expected to be restored until 5 p.m.
The final update reported that full service was restored to the affected area by 5:44 p.m....
