Amy Jo Schauerman Giese

Amy died peacefully August 17, 2015 in Renton, with her family at her side.

She was born and raised in Odessa to Art and Elaine Schauerman but lived the majority of her life in Lake Oswego, Ore. and Seattle.

She married Dwayne Giese July 5, 1961, and they were married for 54 years. She was the mother of Tammy Giese-Simmons, Lora Giese and Jamie Fukofuka; the grandmother of Zak and Axl Simmons, Chris and Jessica Porter and Laiatea Fukofuka; the sister of Terri Schanzenbach and Kim Schauerman.
