The 46 precincts in Lincoln County contain 7,090 registered voters. A total of 5,930 ballots were counted for a voter turnout of 83.64 percent. The final ballot count will take place November 29 at 3:30 p.m., and the election will also be certified on that date.
As of the most recent vote count on Tuesday, November 15, the 2016 general election offered no additional surprises. Eastern Washington lived up to its staunch Republican reputation. In the Odessa rural precinct, Trump led Clinton by 108-11 votes, and the Town of Odessa favored Trump over Clinton by a margin of 299 to 95.
