Recent house fire update

Our story last week on the fire that destroyed the home of John Hilty was incorrect on a couple of minor points. Hilty had started out for Moses Lake that morning, but the roads were bad, and he said he just had a feeling he ought to go home. And he did. He settled down in his living room to decide what to do for the day when he heard a loud pop somewhere in the house. In a matter of minutes, flames were forcing him to scramble for a few photo albums and get out of the house.
