Patricia A. Kissler passed away on April 2, 2017 in Spokane. A funeral service will be held Friday, April 7, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the Heritage Church in Odessa, with burial at the Odessa Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Odessa Healthcare Foundation, Heritage Church or Hospice of Spokane. Full obit to follow in next week’s paper.
