March 31 was the date of the Deer Park Invitational track and field meet, where both the girls’ and boys’ team competed against teams from Almira/Coulee-Hartline, Colfax, Deer Park, Kettle Falls, L.V. Rogers, Lake Roosevelt, Liberty (Spangle), Lind-Ritzville-Sprague, Mary Walker, Northport, NW Christian (Colbert), Oroville, Priest River Lamanna, Reardan, Selkirk, St. John-Endicott, Stillwater Christian (a Montana school), Valley Christian, Waitsburg and Wellpinit.
