Odessa Lodge No. 156, Free and Accepted Masons, held their annual, "Bikes-for-Books" drawing at the Odessa School, Friday, March 31. Students that reached a given reading goal were entered into the drawing for the bikes. This year's winners were Ashley Zagelow and Troy Hardung, both of the third-grade class.
Odessa school librarian Lindsy Starkel monitors the students' reading levels and arranges the drawing. Dennis Thompson, representing the Odessa Lodge, commended Starkel for her work on this event and the students for their zeal in reading....
