Street project challenges local drivers

Alder Street (State Route 21) at the intersection where it meets First Avenue State Route 28) in Odessa is where a new, larger water main is being installed. Construction crews have been working steadily in order to complete the project prior to the start of harvest next month. The project also involves new water lines through the alley behind Odessa Drug all the way to Division Street and then north to First Avenue....
