Doris Mae (Geier) Looney, age 86, of Spokane Valley, with family at her side, made the journey to heaven on Sunday, May 28, 2017, from Sacred Heart – Providence Medical Center in Spokane following a sudden and brief illness.

Dorie was born September 17, 1930 in Colfax to Conrad and Mae (Scheuerman) Geier. She attended school in Endicott, earning her diploma in 1948. In 1951, she married Donnell D.
