Lowell Elmer Reese

Lowell Elmer Reese, 74, lost his battle with cancer on June 7, 2017.

Lowell was born on June 10, 1942, in Odessa to Elmer John Reese and Florence Ione (Zicha) Reese. He graduated from Odessa High school. In the fall of 1960, he joined the United States Air Force. He later graduated from EWU. Throughout his life he enjoyed basketball, golf, hunting and computers.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Brian Todd Reese. He is survived by his daughters, Sandy Otis (Jeff) and Kristi Abbott (Pat), and his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Emma Otis and Morgan and Tanner Abbott. At his requ...
