Tribute

Walter Winter, an Odessa resident, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2017, at Prestige Care Center in Clarkston, Wash. Walt was born September 3, 1922, to Michael and Zelemia (Bohnet) Winter. He married Helen Baumgart on August 26, 1951, and together they had five children. Walt served in the U. S. Navy as a Fireman, First Class.

Walt is survived by his wife, Helen Winter, his "twins," Patricia Winter of Lewiston, Idaho and Dale Winter of Davenport, Wash.; his brother, Art Winter, of Odessa; his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
