O.C.B. decides to incorporate: The Odessa Concert Band made application for incorporation this week under the laws of the state of Washington, the incorporation articles being drafted by Attorney W.M. Nevins, who has forwarded them to Secretary of State Howell for approval.
The band has prospered during its three years of existence and has acquired a nice piece of property, the O.C.B. opera house which has been remodeled and made a credit to the town, but pecuniary profit is not the object of incorporation and there will be no capital stock, but...
