Playing in Creston on December 19, the Tigers defeated the Wildcats by a 30-point spread.

The scoring leader was Ryan Moffet with 26 points. Camden Weber had 12 points, and most of the other team members also contributed to the scoring.

With eight assists, five steals and three rebounds, Weber was also name the Player of the Game.

Colton Hunt led the rebounding with five, followed closely by Lane Lobe with four. Again, most of the team contributed to bringing down rebounds for a true team effort both offensively and defensively.

Pomeroy

Playing in Pomeroy, the Tigers allowed the Pirates to maintain their undefeated season, while Odessa picked up its first loss.

The Tigers trailed by only five points at half time and came out of the locker room with energy for a great third quarter. The fourth quarter was not so great, so Pomeroy was able to catch back up and pull ahead for the win.

The Tigers’ Ryan Moffet had 23 points to lead all scorers in the game. Weber and Jaden Hunt each scored eight points in the game.
