Serving Lincoln County for more than a century!
The Odessa High School FBLA chapter's American Enterprise Team, with the help of the school's eighth-grade class, put on a Retail Revolution fair this week. Third- through twelfth-grade students took part in fun activities. The FBLA team mainly worked together with the eighth grade students and cooperated by hosting the exhibition which exposed the community and students to the ideas of the Retail Revolution.
The projects included a Decade Poster, a Video and Quiz on retail issues, a Food Tasting activity, a Retail and Logo Matching Game, Methods of Delivery and Posters. As the students evaluated the entirety of the American Enterprise Project, they came to truly believe that they had made a huge impact on the entire community. The team not only accomplished but also exceeded all of its goals. The Retail Revolution is key to profit, and that is what businesses strive for. Because of the awareness generated by the FBLA project, the community of Odessa has gained a thorough understanding of the Retail Revolution.
