Natural hazard planning on March 27

DAVENPORT (March 12, 2018) – Lincoln County has launched a project to update the Hazard Mitigation Plan. The next planning meeting is open to the public and will take place on March 27, 2018, at 10 a.m. at the chambers of the Lincoln County Commissioners.

This update will include integration of the existing Lincoln County Community Wildfire Protection Plan. Local agencies and organizations in Lincoln County have created a committee to complete the required five-year update of the document as part of the FEMA Pre-Disaster Mitigation program.
