Add names to Lions Club holiday greetings board

Fellow Odessans,

It is once again time to put the names back on the Christmas greeting board. The Odessa Lions Club would like to see your name up there with all of ours. The board not only shares your holiday spirit with others, the proceeds also allow your Odessa Lions Club to continue to serve our community and our world.

As you know, Lions Club in Odessa has completed many service projects, including the covered picnic area, the ramp and new stairs at the Old Town Hall, new picnic tables for Festplatz, the public restroom, cemetery improvements, support for local organizations (FFA, youth baseball, scouting, backpack and summer programs) and, most recently, a facelift for the barbecue shelter at the park.

In addition to serving locally, Lions and Leos support five global service areas: Vision, hunger, the environment, pediatric cancer and diabetes. You can find out more at http://www.lionsclubs.org.
