You won’t want to miss the Odessa Healthcare Foundation’s live auction next Friday, May 3. Generous donors have provided some incredible packages! New this year are one-of-a-kind items, group getaways and great merchandise. There is surely something for everyone!
One-of-a-kind items include a genuine 11.5 mm freshwater pearl necklace. With rose overtones, this grand pearl drops from a sterling silver chain. It is a simple design that will make a statement. Perfect for Mother’s Day, it was donated by Mark Webb Jewelers.
You will also find a signed print by artist Collin Bogle entitled, “Quiet Moments,” which showcases a strikingly realistic print of deer in the woods with the morning sun filtering down. Framed and double matted, this limited edition piece, numbered 24/999, is donated by Sam and Sheryl Roberts.
Look no further to find a handcrafted coffee table by Sheena Starkel. Made from re-purposed weathered wood, this beautiful two-toned table measures 48”x 21”x 20” and is donated by Vestis Systems.
Topping off the one-of-a-kind items is a re-purposed metal bench with wooden green shutters as a backdrop. This unique piece will surely complement a variety of locations inside or outside your home. It was donated by Robin and Juli Weishaar and Nancy Floether.
Group getaways are always popular and this year is no exception. Brought to you by OMHC: Administrative, Fiscal, Admitting and Medical Record departments is a Spokane Indians tailgating package. Four lucky people will be able to see a home game on opening weekend (June 22, 2019) where the Spokane Indians will take on the Boise Hawks. These lower box tickets also include an event parking pass, Spokane Indian merchandise, and items you may need to use with tailgating.
Get away to the grand Suncadia Lodge in Roslyn, Wash. Up to six people will enjoy a two bedroom Penthouse Resort View Suite and a $350 resort credit to use for dining, the spa or activities. Suncadia, a premier all-season resort, is the perfect place to relax with friends or family in the fresh pine scented air. This generous package was donated by the Kissler Family Foundation.
Grab your girlfriends for an adventure in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Four lucky ladies will begin with culinary classes taught by renowned chefs from The Culinary Store Kitchen. Then, they will be treated to pedicures, which they can proudly show off on a boat ride around Lake Coeur d’Alene, with their tour guides, Sam and Jeanie Read. Overnight accommodations will be provided by the Blackwell Boutique Hotel, a historical house blended with contemporary design. In the morning, enjoy a delicious brunch at The Coeur d’Alene Resort. An incredible infrared grill, donated by King Hay Farms and Tech Direct Imaging; a SereneLife Premium Stand Up Paddle Board, donated by Barbara Schlimmer; an Apple iWatch Series 4 (GPS + Cellular, 44mm) and Apple wireless iPods, donated by Highline Grain Growers; Carpenter, McGuire & Dewulf and Becker Buick.
We don’t want to spoil all the surprises, but these are just a few of the incredible donations you will see at the 28th Annual Winetasting, Microbrew Sampling & Auction, held at the Odessa Community Center at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2019. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at Odessa Drug, Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center or at the door the night of the event.
