A request from Ronald C. Wilkie, of Davenport, for a domestic violence protection order against Connor Glick was denied on July 30, with the matter to be addressed in the parenting plan for two children of the petitioner and his former wife, who is the respondent’s current girlfriend.

A judgment from a Clay County, Mo., court awarding Ford Motor Credit Co. LLC $9,371.41 from Andrea E. Martinez, of Grand Coulee, was filed with the Lincoln County court.

New Criminal Cases

Alicia A, Hobday, 45, and Harold M. Hobday, 48, both of Spokane, are charged with first-degree assault with a firearm or deadly weapon and first-degree robbery in connection with incidents on July 26 in the vicinity of Lake Valley Loop Road near Sprague. The 45-year-old victim, also of Spokane, and a traveling companion that day, suffered injuries to his head, mid-section and legs and needed treatment from a Spokane hospital.
