Civil Judgments

Agreeing evidence was lacking to establish domestic violence, the court on Sept. 10 granted petitioner Teofilo Jason Tamayo’s request to deny a protection order requested against Gloria and Kort Fudurich. The parties are Davenport residents. A similar order was issued Sept. 3 to conclude a matter involving the Fuduriches and petitioner Jayve S. Tamayo.

NW Maintenance & Repair, Inc., of Sprague, must pay $9,513.01 in tax obligations for October and November 2018 and January 2019 to the Washington State Department of Revenue.

New Criminal Cases

Martin A. Ziebart, 64, of Moses Lake, is charged with second-degree burglary in connection with an Aug. 26 incident on property adjacent to Harrington Airport Road North.

Matthew Alan Gallaway, 39, of Moses Lake, is charged with harassment-threats to kill in connection with a Sept. 5 incident involving suspected physical abuse in Odessa.

Hector Berry Cardenas, 44, of Okanogan, Wash., is charged with two counts of vehicular assault in connection with an April 11 incident on U.S. 2 near Creston that left two victims requiring medical care for injuries suffered.

New Civil Case

Desiree M. Collins seeks a domestic violence protection order against Carl Guggenbickler in a case involving a minor child. She also asked for a judge other than Judge Strohmaier to hear the matter.
