Volleyball Tigers defeat LRSWK and Davenport both 3-1

LRSWK

On September 17, the Tiger volleyball team played a non-conference home game versus Lind-Ritzville-Sprague-Washtucna-Kahlotus, pulling out a hard fought 3-1 victory.

Maddy Wagner led the Tigers in kills with seven, followed closely by McKennah Davison with six. Davison led the team in attacks attempted with 19. Wagner served 23 times with a 95.7 percent success rate. Caitlyn Schuh led the team in assists with 10.

Defensively, Wagner led in digs with 16 and tied with Emily Scrupps in putting up two blocks.

Jocelynn Hottell, a junior, received 15 serves.

Davenport

The very next day, Wednesday, Sept. 18, the Tigers played the Gorillas in Davenport in another non-conference match.

Davison led in kills with 10, and Schuh led in assists with 17. Ashlyn Neilsen had two service aces.

On defense, Wagner had two blocks and Emily Scrupps one. Wagner also led in digs with 17 and received 14 serves with only one error.
