Roger Harnack of Sunnyside, new owner of the Cheney Free Press, was the lucky winner of a 2019 Harley-Davidson Iron 883 motorcycle in a statewide contest over the spring and summer that took place at racing events including the Desert 100 near Odessa.
Roger Harnack of Sunnyside is the winner of the MaxPower Law drawing for a 2019 Harley-Davidson Iron 883. Contestants entered the drawing at the Desert 100 near Odessa, the Northwest Nitro Nationals Pro Hill Climb near Vernita and other motorcycle events around the state this past spring and summer. Harnack's name was drawn in September from more than 1,000 entries; the new motorcycle was delivered Friday, October 18. Attorney Max Meyers of the MaxPower Law firm in Bothell purchased the motorcycle and conducted the drawing to draw attention to motorcycle safety, laws and rights.
