Criminal Sentencings
Buddy James Buoy, theft in the first degree, changed his plea from not guilty to guilty. Sentenced to 36 months in prison (to be served concurrent with term being served in connection to two Oregon cases).
Jay Wendelyn Thielen, identity theft in the first degree, pleaded guilty. Sentenced to 25 months in prison (to be served concurrent with term being served in connection to Spokane County cases).
Simone Elise Metcalf, trafficking in stolen property in the second degree. Sentenced to three months in county jail.
Matayo Matta-McDougall, attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, first degree unlawful possession of a firearm, and second-degree assault, changed plea from not guilty to guilty. Sentenced to five months on count one, 41 months on count two, and 77 months on count three (all to be served concurrently).
Nicholas Gene Finch, burglary in the second degree, changed plea from not guilty to guilty. Sentence to eight months in county jail.
Civil Judgments
Warrant of unpaid taxes issued against Brandon William Foley, Harrington, in the amount of $5,418.07
Warrant of unpaid taxes issued against Dr. Mobility LLC, Davenport, in the amount of $3,991.76
New Criminal Cases
Rachel G. Newell, 41, is charged with burglary in the second degree, malicious mischief in the second degree and theft in the third in connection to an incident on Oct. 22. Bail has been set at $7,500.
Bryan L. Wing, 43, is charged with burglary in the second degree, malicious mischief in the second degree and theft in the third in connection to the same incident on Oct. 22 as the case above (Rachel G, Newell). Bail has been set at $10,000.
Aaron W. Patterson, 50, is charged with felony harassment in connection to an incident on Oct. 23.
New Civil Cases
U.S. Bank National Association vs. Brendan T. Calvert. Plaintive suing for unpaid credit card balance in the amount of $4538.79.

Joseph Robert Gutierrez, Tonasket, driving under the influence, sentenced to 10 days in jail (credited with six days served), $1,793 court assessments, 36 months supervised and 24 months unsupervised probation, alcohol/drug evaluation and recommended treatment, DUI victims' panel, no possession or consumption of alcohol, marijuana or illegal drugs (monitored by random testing), comply with mandatory ignition interlock device requirements as imposed by the state Department of Licensing.
Dalan S. Molenaar, Spokane, driving under the influence, sentenced to 20 days in jail (credited with one day served), $2,763 court assessments, 36 months supervised and 24 months unsupervised probation, alcohol/drug evaluation and recommended treatment, DUI victims' panel, no possession or consumption of alcohol, marijuana or illegal drugs (monitored by random testing), comply with rules and requirements of state Department of Licensing regarding installation and use of a functioning ignition interlock device.

pleaded guilty, sentenced to three days jail on each count, to be served concurrently, $275 court assessments 12 months supervised probation.
John Thomas Brown, Airway Heights, driving while license is suspended, pleaded guilty, sentenced to four days jail (all credited as served), $300 court assessments, 12 months supervised probation.
Holly Lynn Schmadeka, Spokane Valley, driving while license is suspended, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two days jail (converted to 16 hours community service), $383 court assessments, 12 months supervised probation.
