Criminal Sentencings

Benjamin Gunner Lassey, 29, changed his plea to guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and to another charge of possession of  marijuana or a non-narcotic with intent to deliver. Sentenced to 30 months prison for each charge to be served concurrently. 

New Criminal Cases

State of Washington v. Tanner L. Curtis, tampering with a witness.

Curtis is accused of asking a witness to not show up to a hearing so that charges against him in a DV case would be dropped.

State of Washington v. Travis J. Noble, two counts of burglary in the second degree and two counts of vehicle prowling in the second degree. 

New Civil Cases

William and Jayne Deife, a husband and wife, and Deife Inc, a corporation, are suing Amerifarms2019 LLC, a LLC, and Ken Cafferty, an individual for breach of a sales agreement.

Amerifarms LLC is suing Amerifarms2019 LLC and Ken Cafferty for breach of an agreement.

Dewayne Allen McClung, Elmer City, physical control, found guilty, sentenced to 124 days in jail. 

Jeanie Johnson, Davenport, criminal trespass, pleaded guilty, jail sentence suspended, $450 in court assessments, 12 months supervised probation.

 Brenden Thrope, three charges of int. a student, sentenced to 10 days on each charge (all credited for time served) $450 in court assessments, 12 months supervised and 12 months unsupervised probation.

 Nicholas Alexander Ross, Orondo, driving under the influence, found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail (credited for time served, $1,440.68 in court assessments. 36 months supervised and 24 months unsupervised probation, alcohol/drug evaluation and recommended treatment, DUI victims' panel, no possession or consumption of alcohol, marijuana or illegal drugs (monitored by random testing), comply with mandatory ignition interlock device requirements as imposed by the state Department of Licensing.

 Rumen G. Draganov, Renton, speeding, contested, found to have not committed.

Agnes Niczyporuk, Liberty Lake, speeding, contested, found to have committed, fined $139.

A charged was dismissed against Byron Phillip Cools of Sandpoint, ID.

Heidi E. Nilles, Reardan, fail to renew registration, contested, found to have committed, fined $110.

Howard David Schwartz, Spokane, speeding, found to have not committed.
