New juvenile offender matters

A 14-year-old male is accused of two counts of second-degree vehicle prowling and two counts of third-degree theft in connection to an incident on Nov. 8.

New civil cases

US Bank v. Terry G. Skipper II: Plaintive alleges defendant defaulted on a credit account with a balance of $5,757.55 and is suing for that balance and court costs.

Kelsey Amore v. Tanner Curtis: A temporary order for protection for the plaintive has been granted against the defendant pending a hearing on Dec. 3.

Ken Leiske and Heather Leiske v. Herman G. Fisher and Bernice M. Fisher and US Bank and Independent Mortgage LTD and unknown parties: Plaintive acquired title to property by virtue of a Tax Deed and is seeking to bar past owners and creditors from any claim to the property.

Roderick Kevin Donald, Grand Coulee, charge of driving under the influence amended to reckless endangerment, sentenced to one day in jail (credited as served), $1,793.04 in court assessments, 12 months supervised and 12 months unsupervised probation, alcohol/drug evaluation and recommended treatment, DUI victims’ panel, no possession or consumption of alcohol, marijuana or illegal drugs (monitored by random testing), comply with rules and requirements of state Department of Licensing regarding installation and use of a functioning ignition interlock device.

Titto Humberto Castelo, Walla Walla, failure to sign registration, found to have committed, fined $159.

Joshua R. Granchie, Davenport, probation violation, sentenced to five days in jail (converted to 40 hours of community service.

Joshua R. Granchie, Davenport, attempt to take a motorized vehicle without permission, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail (eight days credited as served, remaining two days converted to 16 hours of community service.), 12 months supervised and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Joshua R. Granchie, Davenport, charge of driving while license is suspended is dismissed at state’s request.

Jacob Michael Clark, probation violation, sentenced to three days in jail (converted to 24 hours of community service, fined $1,000.

Mark William Allen, Odessa, charge of hit and run of unattended property dismissed at state’s request.

Mark Frederick, Spokane, driving while license is suspended, pleaded guilty, jail sentence suspended, $300 in court assessments, 12 months supervised probation.
