Feb. 2
A caller from the Welch Creek Rd. area of Creston requested a deputy’s aid with an issue regarding privacy.
A machine at a gravel pit south of Odessa was reported to have had the windows broken out.
A Lincoln County store owner reported a donation jar stolen.
Feb 3
A Lincoln County caller reported that a driver routinely drives fast, sprays gravel and wakes up sleepers early in the morning.
Feb 4
A Wilbur caller reported an allegedly dirty man walking toward the Govan elevators wearing black shoes and carrying a blanket.
A Creston caller requested a “hulk slip” for a camper trailer.
A caller from the 800 block of Maxwell , Davenport reported a trespasser.
A Wilbur caller reported following a vehicle that was varying speeds, lane traveling and making bad passes on SR2.
A caller from the 1600 block of Klum Rd, Ritzville reported two to three large German shepherds.
A severe medical emergency was reported from the 400 block of North Ave., Wilbur.

A caller from the 1400 block of Morgan St., Davenport reported an injured deer between Lamona and Duck Lake Rd.
A caller from the 400 block of Fourth St., Sprague reported a trespasser at a gas station.
A caller from Mill Canyon Rd. area reported an unattended child in a vehicle.
A Lincoln County caller reported a domestic violence incident.
March 6
A Spokane caller reported transporting someone to the hospital and a person smashing their windshield.
A caller reported an abandoned vehicle at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds.
A caller from the Hawk Creek Rd. area reported a dispute about a firearm sale.
A Wilbur caller reported a semi being driven haphazardly to Creston.
A Lincoln County caller reported being worried about horses in the Govan area.
An Almira caller reported that their leashed dog was attacked by a loose dog.
A small fire was reported in the Airport Rd. area.
March 7
An alleged assault was reported by a caller from the Springs Dairy Rd. area of Creston.
A two vehicle collision with airbag deployment was reported by a caller from the Speigle Canyon Rd. area, Wilbur.
JAIL BOOKINGS
From March 2 to 7, seven people were held in the Lincoln County Jail under contract with the Washington State Department of Corrections, one for the Cheney Police Department.

Harley Joel Goodbar, 65, Oroville, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of FTA driving with license suspended or revoked.
March 3
Matthew William Salinas, 35, Ford, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of driving with license suspended or revoked.
March 4
Charlotte Dee Albert, 54, Moses Lake, arrested by the Washington State Police on a charge of FTA driving under the influence.
Nathan Dundee Mora, 30, Davenport, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of theft.
March 5
Jonathan Jacob Anderson, 43, Grand Coulee, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of criminal impersonation.
Rachel Renee Ramirez, 43, Dayton, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of FTA DUI.
David C. Trieschmann, 37, Spokane, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of DUI probation violation.
March 6
Donald Wayne Chapel,58, Loon Lake, arrested by the Reardan Police Department on a charge of driving with license suspended or revoked and ignition interlock violation.
Sergy Yevgenyrrvich Ilin, 49, Spokane, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of court commit assault.

Stefanie Carruth Cole, 46, Creston, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of driving under the influence.
Norman Leroy Gleason, 68, Wilbur, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of assault.
Patrick William Seidler, 55, Spokane, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving with license suspended or revoked, failure or neglect to apply for a transfer of ownership.

Hector Berry Cardenas, 45, convicted of two counts vehicular assault and ordered punished by serving a sentence of fourteen months of total confinement in the Department of Corrections.
