DAVENPORT — A Spokane man was arrested on fourth-degree assault on April 6.
Tyson Jerred Heath, 30 of Spokane, was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the county jail.
In addition to fourth-degree assault, he was being held on a U.S. Marshall detainer for harassment....
