An Almira caller reported a door to a vacant house open for the second time this week.
A residence in Sprague was reported as being broken into.
A caller reported an oversized load on a state highway with loose straps.
A caller reported a concrete truck spilling on the roadway.
A woman in distress called 911 and hung up. When she was called back, she was crying and said she couldn’t talk. Deputies responded. No further information was made available to media.
The Davenport hospi- tal called to report they turned away a woman who appeard to be under the influence of drugs and that she drove away.
A caller reported she was alerted that her Fed- Ex package was deliv- ered. When she arrived home, it had been opened and the contents thrown about her yard. She said nothing was stolen (Sheriff’s Office did not include location in report to the media).
