Serving Lincoln County for more than a century!
DAVENPORT – According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, fireworks may be used from 9 a.m. until midnight July 4 and from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. July 5.
Firework sales are allowed from June 29 to July 5 from 9am to 11pm within the county.
Lincoln County follows the firework rules outlined in state Revised Code of Washington 70.77.395. Sheriff Wade Magers said the fireworks that are allowed in Lincoln County are those considered “safe and sane.” Fireworks purchased on the Colville Indian Reservation, like M80s and other high explosive fireworks, are not legal for use in Lincoln County.
The cities of Davenport and Reardan allow fireworks within the city limits during the same dates and hours allowed by the Lincoln County Sheriff.
