AUG 31

Number of traffic stops: 24

Call requesting the county remove a dead deer.

The bank alarm was set off at US Bank in Harrington.

A black cow with a yellow tag was reported out on Highway 2.

A woman at an unidentified location called to say she had been beaten up and had blood all over her face.

Suspicious person report.

A caller reported a hit and run.

A caller reported a man in a grey hoodie and tan pants laying near the fog line on Highway 2 near Davenport.

SEPT 1

A caller reported someone attempting to camp in their car near Sprague.

Found wallet reported.

A caller reported $400 taken off a church owned bank account card.

Suspicious person report.

Loose cattle reported near Highway 2.

A school bus was reported swerving allover the road and crossing the fog line at an undisclosed location.

Abandoned vehicle reported.

Welfare check requested.

A caller reported a man named Mark was threatening him in his backyard.

Illegal target shooting was reported on BLM land near Sprague.

Welfare check requested.

Lost dog reported.

SEPT 2

Cows at large reported.

A caller reported that someone had “ruffled” through their car.

A caller reported that her neighbors leave their stuff out on the Plum Point beach overnight.

Residential burglary reported.

A one-car roll over was reported outside of Wilbur.

A man reported the reoccurring theft of his chocolate lab.

A brown cow with a white face was reported on the railroad tracks and the owner was contacted.

A woman called to say she has received three suspicious packages in the mail and does not feel comfortable opening them and wants a deputy to check it out.

A man called to report a harvest truck speeding past his residence. The caller’s dog had been run over earlier in the day and died due to this issue.

SEPT 3

Number of traffic stops: 10

A caller reported that someone stole his Trump sign and flag off of his property.

A stuck semi was reported on Highway 25.

A man reported that a woman he had been staying with would not give him back his computer because she thinks he was hacking into her accounts.

A man reported that three to four men jumped onto his wheat truck and got in the driver’s face. The caller said they have three to four more loads to haul past the address and don’t want any trouble.

A woman reported her neighbor’s cows were out in her pasture again.

A caller reported a small amount of smoke coming from a trailer.

An Edwall caller reported that the door to the old grange building is open and the refrigerator and old hot water tank had been moved towards the doorway. The caller suspected someone was trying to steal the appliances for the copper.

A Sprague caller reported that the house across the street was burning in their back yard.

A Davenport caller said the neighbors across the valley near Hawk Creek Road were shooting guns, creating a fire danger.

A Wilbur caller reported a small bonfire between Cliff Street and Cole Street.

A Davenport man reported an RV camped in the parking lot off his business north of town on Highway 25.
