January 10
Traffic stops: 1
A woman reported at least six cows in her pasture belonging to unknown persons. She said this has been a recurring issue.
A woman reported an injured cat in her yard.
Suspicious circumstances were reported. A door was left open at Pac Pride in Davenport.
The Coeur D’Alene police department requested a check on a local residence to see if a 13-year-old female was there. The teenager reportedly left her grandmother’s residence and was supposed to be picked up by a friend’s dad to have a sleepover with the friend.
January 11
Traffic stops: 14
A freshly hit-by-a-car deer was reported.
A caller reported a green and white semitruck in the Gravelle area possibly hauling a potato trailer without a permit on a road with restrictions.
A Spokane Valley woman wanted to speak with a deputy about people staying on her land. She said she allowed them to pull a trailer onto her property for a short time, but now believes they have warrants and could also be selling drugs.
A Spokane woman reported she was on her way to meet up with her ex-husband to sign divorce papers at his van on Govan Road and advised his family told her his new partner can be aggressive and that he might own a gun and have it in his van.
A Reardan woman reported a vehicle with a driver possibly driving under the influence. She said she had been behind the vehicle since Airway Heights, adnd the driver had crossed the fog line multiple times and continued driving into the shoulder before advising it was pulled over at Colville’s Gas Station in Reardan.
A Newman Lake man reported a truck following him closely before backing off repeatedly on westbound Highway 2.
January 12
Traffic stops: 9
An Almira woman reported she was leaving Creston eastbound on Highway 2 and saw an SUV Jeep parked on the side of the roadway with a male outside trying to flag someone down.
A woman reported she had a flat tire, was completely off the road way and had no one who could come and help her.
A woman reported that a male came to her door and asked a few questions about a family that lived down the road.
Creston City Hall requested a welfare check on a 65-year-old man who lives on the 100 block of South Creston Avenue. The caller advised that an audible alarm has been going off in his house over the past week.
A woman reported a little girl that almost got run over by a truck as she kept running back and forth across the street.
A woman requested a deputy respond to her residence without lights and sirens. She said she is divorcing her husband, who is currently dating another woman.
A Wilbur woman said a UPS semitruck heading westbound from the road way splashed water onto her car, giving her decreased visibility. She said the truck passed her despite her driving 65 miles per hour.
January 13
Traffic stops: 3
A Davenport woman reported that someone rang her doorbell while she was in bed watching TV.
An alarm company called to report they were receiving a burglary alarm going off at the 1st Safe Cannabis Shop on the 200 block of East Fourth Avenue in Sprague.
A caller from the Wilbur School District said a car was in a tree at Hawk Creek and Miles-Creston and was spotted by a bus driver. The driver didn’t know when it had happened or whether any injuries were sustained.
A caller from Stockland Livestock Auction in Davenport reported a tree on a power line still hanging. The tree wasn’t sparking.
A Wilbur woman reported that her fence broke from the wind storm and her dog ran away.
A Medical Lake man reported that something fell off a power pole in an undisclosed location.
A woman reported a suspicious man in her driveway. She said it was dark and she didn’t get a good look at him and he was far away, but she said he turned around and ran away when her dogs started barking at him.
January 14
Traffic stops: 7
A man reported that a dock broke loose and was floating down the river near Wilbur.
A Valley woman said a woman called her the previous night stating that the lights in her garage were flickering and the line was still on hold. The Valley woman said she now couldn’t get a hold of the other woman.
A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to the hospital.
A woman said her horse was stuck in the mud at Pacific Lake.
A disabled vehicle was reported west of Highway 25.
A lost dog was reported near Creston.
A Davenport woman said a dog got into her backyard and was trying to fight with her dogs.
An Odessa woman reported that her dog was lost.
Colville Tribal Dispatch called to say they had a domestic situation north of the county with a woman who was intoxicated and made multiple threats, one of which was to come down to Spring Canyon.
January 15
Traffic stops: 22
A caller from Davenport City Hall said there was a suspicious vehicle by the city shop sand pile.
Drugs were found in an undisclosed location.
Trespassing was reported on the 100 block of North Laurel Street in Reardan.
A request was made for a deputy to go to a resident to ask them to put out a fire that they were blazing in Davenport city limits.
A Davenport woman reported that she was locked out of her car.
January 16
Traffic stops: 7
A male in shorts and a red shirt requested a ride to Airway Heights.
A man reported that people were driving down Bowie Road in Reardan past road closure signs.
A Sprague woman requested a check on her daughter, who said on TikTok that she was meeting up at Sprague Park in the afternoon.
A woman said at least six cows belonging to someone else were out in her pasture.
A woman said there were five to six cattle in the middle of Harrington-Tokio Road near Crab Creek.
A Marysville woman reported trespassing, saying there was a truck in her driveway.
A dog at-large was reported.
A Davenport man said there was an alarm going off saying to get out or the police would be called.
