Legals to publish in The Record, Times

ODESSA – The Davenport Times and Odessa Record will again serve as the official publications for the Lincoln County following a unanimous vote by commissioners Monday morning.

County commissioners opened bids for the print contract; the joint Times-Record proposal was the only qualified, responsive bidder. Both newspapers are operated by Free Press Publishing, a local media group that serves rural communities in five Eastern Washington counties.

Under state law, counties are required to select a paid newspaper of general circulation within its jurisdiction to publish all legal and public service notices.

The contract runs from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022.
