May 9
Traffic stops: 12
A woman reported a suspicious male wearing a denim shirt and brown pants sleeping next to her fence.
A Davenport woman reported a lost llama.
A Davenport man said he wanted more patrols in the area of Bald Ridge Road, saying drivers were getting more numerous and reckless.
A Davenport woman said there was a male transient walking the railroad tracks heading east after he crossed her property on the 28900 block of Highway 2.
A Lincoln woman reported trespassing on East Mill Drive.
A Spokane man said there were about a dozen black and brown cows with yellow tags on a hill near a shooting area and two more large, pregnant cows on the dirt road 100 yards from that area.
A Harrington woman working at Highline Grain said she saw a suspicious older male wearing all black with a walking stick hanging out around the office. She said he was looking into the windows of her car but didn’t try to enter her car.
A Ritzville man said a man has been coming to his church to receive grief counseling. The caller then said he received text messages from that man saying “it was time to die.”

Two Lincoln County Jail inmates were transported to Lincoln Hospital for rapid COVID-19 tests.
A Davenport woman reported ongoing problems with her neighbors on the 25500 block of Calvert Drive.
A woman said her phone was hacked through Messenger and her contact list was broken into.
A Davenport man reported a suspicious vehicle.
A caller said when he met his ex-girlfriend to hand off their shared child, she was recording him without permission.
May 11
Traffic stops: 9
An Odessa woman called 911 from the 200 block of West Second Avenue and simply said “get here,” then hung up.
A Davenport woman said her daughter ran away from her residence on the 500 block of Main Street.
A deer was killed after it was hit by a car.
A caller said he didn’t recognize three people with a U-Haul that were loading things out of a store.
A Davenport woman said her son and daughter have been threatened by a male in town. She said she came out of Safeway to find him holding her daughter and threatening her.
An Edwall woman requested a welfare check on her grandmother living on the 48000 block of East Larrabee Street. She said she tried to call her grandmother, but a neighbor answered the phone and wouldn’t give the grandmother the phone.
A Davenport man said there was a lot of white smoke north of his residence between him and the river on the 44300 block of North Geraldine Lane.
A Davenport woman said her neighbor, who is confined to a wheelchair, has a dog that had been barking for a while. She said normally her neighbor reliably brings the dog inside, but wasn’t this time, evoking concern.

A report of a pregnant woman’s water breaking was made from Reardan.
A Reardan woman said her chain link fence was cut.
A field fire was reported on Highway 28 between mileposts 105 and 107.
The Reardan-Edwall School District requested a welfare check at an address on the 100 block of East Columbia Avenue.
A caller reported a red car with lane travel issues.
A Wilbur man reported harassment.
A Davenport woman said a suspicious vehicle was driving around her daughter’s house on the 1000 block of Park Street.
A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Spokane to catch the Department of Corrections shuttle.
A lost dog was reported on the highway.

A caller said there was a man staggering in the road and slurring his words in Edwall just off Highway 231.
An Odessa woman requested an ambulance on the 200 block of West Second Avenue.
A woman reported road rage on Highway 2, saying another driver tried to race her before entering Davenport and turning south near the old bowling alley.
An East Wenatchee man reported a fire.
A caller reported four people trying to pry open a door.
May 14
Traffic stops: 10
A Ford woman said her brother, who has mental problems, was refusing to leave her residence because he thought someone outside the residence was trying to kill him. She said he built himself a cardboard “bulletproof vest” and was wearing a cooking pot on his head.
The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office said it was following a stolen vehicle heading toward Lincoln County.
An Odessa woman said another woman was on her porch.
A mail carrier was locked out of the Reardan Post Office.
A vehicle lockout was reported on the corner of 5th and Adams Streets.
Washington State Patrol asked for assistance handling an abandoned vehicle on Highway 21 around milepost 59.
A caller said someone was recklessly shooting a handheld gun.
A man said someone pulled a gun on him.
A Harrington man said he picked up his daughter from her mother when she refused to hand over her phone and disappeared.
Possible trespassing was reported at the storage lockers on 4th and Jefferson Streets.
A man said his father was possibly having a stroke or suffering from an overdose.

A Reardan woman reported a person sitting at the end of his driveway on the 51000 block of East Euclid Road.
A suspicious person was reportedly running a generator at the Lincoln boat launch.
Highway 25 was shut down for a Boy Scout project.
A lost Chihuahua was reported.
A Wilbur woman said a male in his 40’s was sitting on the fog line in front of Sandy’s Grocery Store yelling “watch out, I’m a serial killer.”
A person said they broke their foot while boating.
A Medical Lake caller reported a vehicle lockout.
A caller said his manager was threatening to kick him out of his location.
A Liberty Lake man reported a car collision.
A Spokane Valley woman said her family found a group of baby birds at their campground site at Spring Canyon and wondered what to do about it.
A man said a pregnant woman walked up to his house on the 21700 block of North Waukon Road and asked for help, including a ride to Airway Heights.
A caller said he is blind and he heard his wife breaking things in his house.
A 15-year-old male suffered a finger laceration.

Jesse Aaron Harvey, 40, Davenport. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of failure or neglect to apply for a transfer of ownership.
Benjiman Cyrus Samuels, 47, Grand Coulee. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

Juan Daniel Soto-Aguilar, 25, Spokane. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of driving under the influence.

John Lee Headley, Ephrata, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without ignition interlock. Suspended license charge dismissed. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours of community service and 12 months supervised probation on ignition interlock charge.
Daniel Anthony Howard, Cheney, reckless driving, driving with an open alcoholic container and marijuana in a motor vehicle. Alcohol and marijuana charges dismissed. Sentenced to one day in jail, a $1,000 fine and 24 month supervised probation on reckless driving charge.
Kevin Derek Durfee, Spokane, second-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree theft. Trespassing charge dismissed. Sentenced to 11 days in jail and 12 months supervised probation and served a no-contact order banning him from a Creston address on the theft charge.
Jesse Aaron Harvey, Davenport, failure to transfer a title within 45 days. Ordered to pay a $250 fine.
Timothy Aaron Dobb, Spokane Valley, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation.
Colton Alan Jackson, Electric City, driving after consuming alcohol when under the age of 21 and possession of marijuana. Marijuana charge dismissed. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $500 fine on alcohol charge.
Juan Soto-Aguilar, Wenatchee, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 10 days in jail, a $1,300 fine, 60 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.
