A Davenport woman reported two huskies running around near El Ranchito.

A woman reported a loose German shepherd between Ninth and Merriam Streets.

A Seven Bays woman reported an 84-year-old female with a nose bleed she couldn’t get to stop.

A Davenport woman reported a man and a woman drinking and arguing at the apartment complex on the 1300 block of Logan Street.

A Davenport woman said she could hear someone honking their car horn in the Harker Canyon area near the switchbacks.

A caller reported a reckless driver westbound from milepost 259 on Highway 2 varying speeds and swerving over the center line.

ADT Security reported a burglary alarm going off at Wonder Mini Mart in Wilbur.

A man reported a 64-year-old female struggling to breath.

A caller reported three cows out on Cottonwood Creek Road.

A Davenport man reported an abandoned vehicle.

An illegal burn was reported.

An aggressive dog was reported.

A man and a dog required assistance near an abandoned vehicle on Highway 2 at Oehlwein Road.

A Pullman man reported a Subaru Crosstrek traveling toward Wilbur continually crossing the center line.

A Davenport woman said someone knocked on her door and ran away, then a few minutes later she heard a cat scream. She said this wasn’t the first time this had happened.

A commercial burglary alarm reportedly went off at Colville’s Garage in Reardan.

A Harrington woman reported vehicles speeding out of town down Harrington/Tokio Road throughout the day.

A caller said a semitruck tried to run him off the road.

A Davenport man said there was a man at Family Foods unable to find his wife.

A Davenport man reported a Chevy Silverado tailgating other cars.

A Davenport caller reported a disabled white van blocking the southbound lane at milepost 21 on Highway 25.

Traffic stops: 4

A Davenport woman said someone hacked her phone and she could hear noises near her back porch.

A medical call was made on the 200 block of Adams Street in Davenport.

An Anacortes woman requested a welfare check on a Lincoln County man that hadn’t contacted her in two days.

A young child arrived at Davenport Middle School with multiple marks on them. CPS was updated.

An Arizona woman claimed a mother was heading to Doxie’s Diner in Wilbur so a juvenile could use the restroom, but the caller’s brother, who is the juvenile’s uncle, was chasing after the mother to get the juvenile.

A cracked Samsung phone was found and turned into the sheriff’s office.

An Edwall man reported a suspicious vehicle.

A man requested a welfare check on a six-year-old girl who lives with her great-grandmother that was recently transported to Lincoln Hospital.

A Spokane Valley man reported a fallen power line in an undisclosed location.

A Spokane girl said she was being harassed on the school bus. She said she was made fun of last week because of an injury to her knee and reported it to the principal to no avail.

A Spokane Valley man reported an erratically driven white car westbound from the rail museum in Reardan.

A Davenport man said his ex-wife had been calling and harassing him by calling CPS to check on their child who was living with the caller.

An abandoned boat was reported at Spring Canyon.

May 28

A Davenport man said his wife was kicking him out of the house.

A caller said a vehicle made a bad pass on Highway 2.

Harassment was reported.

A caller said he was being harassed at the Lincoln RV park.

A Bridgeport woman reported a car tailgating and crossing across the lane westbound on Highway 2.

A Grand Coulee woman reported a domestic violence situation at Lakeview Terrace behind the manager’s office.

A Davenport woman said her phone started singing and chirping at her and called 911 with a note regarding an on-screen emergency. She said she tried to call 911 three times yesterday, and the call wouldn’t connect.

Neglect was reported at Lakeview Terrace.

A lost dog was reported at Lincoln County Fairgrounds.

A 74-year-old female reported feeling chest pain.

A Davenport woman reported a disabled vehicle off the side of the roadway on Highway 2 at Bennett Road.

A caller said a strange man drove up his driveway, got out, opened the door to his house, shut it, returned to his car, got out again, opened the barn door and finally returned to his car.

A Hawaii woman requested a welfare check on her son who lives on the 900 block of Park Street in Davenport.

A Wilbur man reported youths on golf carts and motorcycles by the draw at Keller Ferry.

A Davenport man said he almost ran over a youth who was speeding 35 mph near the intersection of Sixth and Merriam Streets on a motorcycle down the sidewalks near the pool.

An Almira woman reported a white and gold Ford Expedition parked in the Safeway parking lot with a dog locked inside.

A Creston man said there was a truck with a camper parked in a cul-de-sac on private land.

ADT Security reported a front desk motion alarm going off at the Wonder Mini Mart in Wilbur.

A door was left open at Wilbur High School.

A Seven Bays man said a large black bear was tearing into property near Deer Meadows. The man said he tried to scare off the bear with a weapon, but the bear didn’t seem to be afraid.

A Spokane woman reported suspicious noises and flashlights on the 10600 block of North Harrington-Tokio Road.

Clinton Joseph Bacon, 52, hometown not listed. Arrested by Kalispel Tribal Police on charges of first-degree criminal trespassing, theft, making a false or misleading statement to a public servant and a drug-related charge.

Daniel Jacob Andrew, Enumclaw, no-contact protection order violation. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours of community service and 12 months of supervised probation.

Glorian Morton, St. John, reckless driving. Sentenced to five days in jail.

Rami Danielle Nixon, Airway Heights, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation.

Richard Sherwood, Wellpinit, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sherwood was already in jail on a DUI charge and was serving a 150-day sentence. Also ordered to pay a $2,100 fine.

Mathew Patrick Morgan, Loon Lake, driving under the influence and third-degree driving with a suspended license. Directed to stay in jail. Probation will be terminated upon completion of jail time.

Luke Edward Schlecht, Winlock, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Case dismissed.

Kory Lyndell Reeves, Odessa, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Case dismissed.

Daryl Kile, Sprague, hit-and-run of unattended property. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation.

Maria D. Barriga of Davenport, who was accused of fourth-degree assault, appeared for a motion and order to quash bench warrant and dismiss case without prejudice. Motion granted.

Richard Gordon Hedquist, Nine Mile Falls, hunting and collection parts and illegal transportation of fish. First charge dismissed. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours of community service, a $750 fine, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation on second charge.

Tyler Joseph Covington, Ford, third-degree theft. Ordered to remain in jail. Probation will be terminated by completion of jail time.

Christopher Mundall, Reardan, driving under the influence and reckless driving. Visiting a different judge for first charge. Sentenced to 24 months supervised probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine on second charge.

Jacob Patrick Bryant, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to one day in jail and 12 months supervised probation.

Criminal docket-May 27

Robert Dale Miller, who is charged with second-degree child molestation, appeared for a status conference. Miller had successfully completed treatment. Sex offender treatment and community custody terminated.

Cassandra Lee Graves, who is charged with second-degree theft, making or having a burglary tool and possession of another person’s I.D. didn’t appear for a preliminary appearance, as she was sick. Case continued to June 1.

Michael Capshaw, who carries the same charges as Graves, made a preliminary appearance. Readiness hearing set for July 20. Jury trial set for August 11. Directed to report to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office to be booked and released.
