Lyla Gilberta Alt-Oligher, age 95 passed away on April 16, 2020 in Kennewick, Wash. Gilberta was born on Oct. 16, 1924 in Reardan, Wash. to Joseph and Charlotte Wynecoop. She grew up in Mondovi, Wash. and graduated from Reardan High School in 1943 and that June married the love of her life, Victor Alt.
