July 4
Traffic stops: 34
An LCSO deputy assisted with a tire change.
Fireworks were reported a quarter mile east of Hanson Harbor around Crescent Bay.
A disabled vehicle was reported at North Highway 174 and North Microwave Tower Road.
A disabled vehicle was reported around Fort Spokane.
A Cheney woman came into the sheriff’s office to talk about a custody issue with her ex and her son.
Two motorcycles went speeding south while three motorcycles went speeding north on Highway 25. One was stopped by a deputy.
A Ford man reported people shooting off fireworks of Highway 231 at Long Lake Road.
A Harrington woman reported a man with a campfire in his front yard amidst a burn ban.
A Wilbur man said campers on the beach of Lake Roosevelt had a large campfire during the burn ban and were refusing to put it out.
July 5
Traffic stops: 19
A caller reported he and seven other people were stranded on a boat.
A 911 call asked an officer to go to Second Street in Odessa to speak to a man about some felonies.
A Kennewick woman reported a truck and camper rollover crash in an undisclosed location.
A corn dog trailer broke down partially blocking the lane on Highway 2 at milepost 240.
A caller said a man pointed a pistol at him when he passed him on Highway 2 due to his slow driving speed at milepost 245.
A man reported he hadn’t seen his wife in about eight hours after she told him she was going on a walk with a friend.
July 6
Traffic stops: 11
A man said another man came to his house in his usual vehicle, then peeled out of his yard and left.
A caller said a small white car hit a person on a bike in front of Napa. The caller said the driver spoke with the female on the bike and left without exchanging information.
A Soap Lake woman said an older man hit the post office building with his car in Odessa and caused structural damage. The driver wasn’t injured.
A loose dog was reported on the 200 block of Broadway Avenue in Reardan.
An abandoned vehicle was reported in a ditch on Highway 21.
A Harrington man reported a disabled vehicle with no license plate about two and a half miles south of the city on Harrington-Tokio Road.
A medical response was required on the 600 block of 10th Street in Davenport.
A caller reported people fishing at the end of the dock at the Seven Bays Marina.
July 7

A Davenport woman reported someone walking around a field with a flashlight on Merriam Street.
A Wilbur woman said she was out running near the cemetery on Sherman Draw Road and Williams Lake Road when a man drove by her and harassed her while she was running.
A Davenport woman reported fraudulent activity on her bank account.
Two deputies were called to Lincoln County District Court due to an aggressive male.
A Grand Coulee woman requested help around the Grant/Lincoln County line.
A Davenport woman said she was out for a walk with her boyfriend and dog when they heard a noise in their yard. Then, their dog started barking and they could see a flashlight in their yard. When they yelled at the movement the light turned off, and they believed the suspect ran into their barn on the 1600 block of Eighth Street.
July 8
Traffic stops: 10
A Davenport woman said she was woken up to the sound of someone attempting to open her front door by rattling on it on the 500 block of South Ross Street.
A Davenport man reported an unwanted truck in his parking lot on the 500 block of Morgan Street.
A car fire was reported.
A Davenport man said the Safeway cashier donated on his behalf without his consent and wouldn’t refund his money. He said the store now owed him $7.50.
A Davenport woman reported an unoccupied white pickup truck parked in the lane of traffic at the bottom of the Eighth Street hill.
July 9
Traffic stops: 7
A caller from Davenport Motor Company said a citizen told him he locked his keys in his white Dodge pickup in front of Subway with animals inside.
An expected death was reported from Serene Meadows.
A chocolate lab was reported running up and down Highway 2 in front of the fairgrounds.
A Sprague woman reported a suspicious blue van driving up and down the alleyways in town.
A woman said she was scammed into sending gift cards via email.
A Sprague man said a person was walking around an old, abandoned vehicle on his property.
A lost dog was reported at milepost 125 on Highway 28.
A caller said he heard yelling last night and noticed a car with a lot of debris and a stack of tires by it the next morning. He said there were some cameras sticking out of the top.
A Reardan man reported a black Volvo parked in front of the Ag Link building in town backed up to the door.
A two-yard fire in a ditch was reported, but a citizen put it out with a fire extinguisher.
A suspicious 55-year-old male was walking around in an undisclosed location.
A nuisance was reported.
July 10

A Davenport woman said she was walking on 12th Street when they saw a man screaming at his girlfriend and several other people causing a scene.
A fire was reported in the Sprague area.
A Wilbur man reported four cows on Highway 2.
A woman said there was yelling at her neighbor’s house.
A child was reportedly left at a campground.
A caller said the trailer north of him had really loud music playing.
A woman said the night before, the camper that she lives in was trashed and she is missing some horse tack and calf feeding equipment.

Lynette Hawley, Nespelem, charge of allowing unauthorized person to drive changed to an infraction of expired tabs. Ordered to pay a $139 fine.
Theodore M. Codon, Grand Coulee, fourth-degree domestic violence assault. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.
Michael Lee Plybon, Spokane, operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours community service, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.
Nathaniel S. McGrew, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to two days in jail, a $500 fine, 16 hours community service and 12 months supervised probation.

Eugene C. Petty, who pleaded guilty to residential burglary in 1994, had an order issued remitting legal financial obligations.
Brandy J. Hood, who is charged with second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, harassment with the threat to kill or cause bodily injury and fourth-degree assault, appeared for a status conference. Case continued to July 20, as a mental evaluation still needed to happen.
Michelle L. Hopkins, who is charged with possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct in the first and second degree, appeared for a readiness hearing. Readiness hearing set for July 20 after a mental evaluation is completed. Defendant directed to be booked at released at LCSO.
Catherine Marie Herrman, who is charged with second-degree identity theft and three counts of second-degree theft, appeared for a readiness hearing. A plea offer is on the table. Readiness hearing set for Aug. 3. Jury trial set for Aug. 25.
Reina M. Karunaratne, who is charged with residential burglary, appeared for a review hearing. Case continued to July 20, as a mental evaluation has to be scheduled.
Erik Cordell Angel Brown, who is charged with residential burglary and third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, made a preliminary appearance. Readiness hearing set for Aug. 31. Jury trial set for Sept. 22.
Craig S. Weysham, who is charged with third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, custodial assault of an adult institution and two counts of fourth-degree assault, made a preliminary appearance. Case continued to July 20. Results of a mental evaluation are pending.
