Nature calls; let's restore our walls

ODESSA – Odessa High School FBLA is planning a fund-raising drive to restore the walls in the Old Town Hall’s south room (see ad, Community page 4). The students want to complete the entire project now and restore the south room to a pristine condition.

Thanks to the Lowe’s grant, Odessa will soon have a beautifully restored facility with new hardwood floors, the return of a century-old tin ceiling and a removable wall to accommodate crowds large and small. However, the remaining three walls in the south room need a serious facelift, as became very apparent when the drop ceiling and paneling were removed. The campaign is to run for 30 days.
