Serving Lincoln County for more than a century!
ODESSA – For Homecoming on Oct. 1 at Finney Field, the Tiger football team was scheduled to face Northport. However, Northport was unable to field enough players and had to cancel. Odessa's Athletic Director Bruce Todd immediately got on the phone to find another team willing to face the Tigers on short notice. He found that team in the Liberty Christian Patriots of Richland.
Although the Tigers clearly dominated, the Patriots were nevertheless able to score against them in every quarter.
