REARDAN-Former Gonzaga men's basketball standout and current women's basketball strength and conditioning coach Mike Nilson visited the high school today to speak to student-athletes.
Nilson, who played for Gonzaga from 1996-2000, spoke on the topic of leadership and commitment.
He first talked through the three types of leaders he's seen and highlighted the leadership he saw from NBA Hall of Famer and Gonzaga alum John Stockton, noting athletes can lead by example through hard work, by servitude through telling people what they need to hear with love and by creating synergy in the locker room...
