ODESSA – Halloween is this coming Sunday, and the annual Halloween carnival put on by the Odessa High School chapter of FFA is scheduled to begin in the community center at 4 p.m. that day. FFA advisor HaLee Walter tells The Record that some Odessa businesses have agreed to open their premises on Sunday afternoon from 3 to 4 p.m. for “Boo a Business” to allow kids to visit them for candy or other treats and to participate in an FFA-sponsored scavenger hunt.
