Suspects in Reardan theft arrested

GRAND COULEE—Two men suspected of stealing items from Richard Kramer’s Reardan home were arrested Oct. 20 by the Reardan Police Department, Grand Coulee Police Department and Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

Jesus Alberto Castaneda, 27 of Elmer City was arrested on charges of third-degree conspiracy to commit theft, third-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a license suspended or revoked, while Timothy Ronald Wilging, 52 of Grand Coulee was arrested on charges of third-degree conspiracy to commit theft and third-degree theft, according to records.
