Traffic stops: 7
A caller reported a black cow loose on Highway 2 at milepost 244 that the caller honked at and chased toward a fence.
Wilbur School District said a parent showed up to a student-teacher conference intoxicated after driving to the school.
A Davenport woman reported a white delivery van crossing traffic lanes westbound on Highway 2 by Sprinkle Road.
A caller said she locked her keys in her car.

Reardan Police assisted in transporting a Spokane County Jail inmate to Lincoln County Jail.
A caller reported an injured white dog on the side of Highway 23 two miles west of Mohler Road.
The Department of Transportation reported a medium-sized dog came into their Davenport parking lot.
A Reardan man said his daughter locked her keys in her running car on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue.
A car crash involving a 46-year-old Davenport woman was reported.

A caller reported a Dodge Caravan swerving across lanes and passing cars poorly three miles from the Davenport city limits.
A caller reported a man trying to flag down cars to get a ride and flipping drivers off while slowing down traffic.
A caller reported a white Sedan going 100 mph and passing cars westbound on Highway 2 at milepost 261.
A Creston man reported an unoccupied truck parked at the end of his driveway on the 36800 block of Debord Road North.

A Puyallup woman reported a suspicious vehicle in an undisclosed location.
Two calves got loose on Highway 2 at milepost 244.

Six rocks from a rockslide were reported in the roadway on Porcupine Bay Road about a mile from Highway 25.
A caller said someone stole her phone and credit cards from her house while she was sleeping.
A bevy of black cows were reported in the roadway five miles north of the railroad tracks on Harrington-Tokio Road.
A Davenport man asked to discuss his rights surrounding his ongoing divorce.
Two cows were reported outside of a fence on the south side of Highway 2 just west of Rocklyn.
A caller asked about his options regarding an abandoned boat left on his property.
A caller said her husband and his friends were stealing her pills.

An Edwall woman said she let her friend’s daughter drive her truck from Edwall to Amazon in Airway Heights for work and she hadn’t returned for six hours since originally promised.
A Davenport man reported a one-vehicle rollover crash on Highway 231 north of Reardan inside the canyon.
A Reardan woman reported a suspicious vehicle with no license plates and a broken window parked in her driveway on the 52800 block of Tramm Road.
A Wilbur woman reported a small SUV varying speed with poor lane travel.
An Odessa woman reported suspicious circumstances on the 200 block of South Alder Street.

Washington State Patrol reported a one-vehicle rollover crash.
A woman requested a welfare check on her mother, whom she said she hadn’t heard from for over 24 hours.
A medical issue was reported by an 80-year-old male.
A Davenport woman said the awning on top of the Davenport laundromat crashed down.
A caller said she saw two donkeys run past her house in Deer Meadows.
A Davenport man reported an unwanted person at his parent’s residence.
A caller reported what she believed to be a capsized boat floating in the water between Grand Coulee Dam and Spring Canyon.
A woman said her apartment neighbors had been yelling for four hours.
A Davenport man reported a large tree blocking Devore Road a half mile west of Holderby Road North.
A Moses Lake man said a woman was being held against her will.
An abandoned vehicle was reported in an undisclosed location.

Holly Lynn Schmadeka, 42, Spokane Valley. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of third-degree driving with a license suspended or revoked.
Nov. 9
Kendra Marie Tonasket, 33, Spokane. Originally arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of second-degree identity theft, making a false or misleading statement to a public servant and third-degree driving with a license suspended or revoked.
Nov. 11
Hector N. Velazquez, 50, Odessa. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of driving under the influence.
Nov. 14
Amanda Michele Bloyed, 34, Airway Heights. Arrested by LCSO on charges of reckless endangerment and driving under the influence.
Paul Brian Hillman, 26, Yakima. Arrested by LCSO on charges of fourth-degree assault, interference and second-degree malicious mischief.

Reina Karunaratne, Baypoint, California, first-degree criminal trespassing. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation.
Lorenza Antar Black, hometown not listed, driving under the influence amended to reckless driving and providing false information to a police officer. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 15 days served, a $1,000 fine and 24 months supervised probation.
Ashley Briana Orne, Spokane, second-degree operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to 24 hours community service.
Jesus A. Castaneda, Grand Coulee, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespassing. Third-degree driving with a suspended license and third-degree theft conspiracy charges dropped. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 15 days served, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.
Merle C. Picard, Okanogan, domestic violence assault. Sentenced to four days in jail, with three days converted to 24 hours of community service.
Amanda Lynn Dinwiddie, Davenport, reckless driving. Sentenced to 10 days in jail.
Melissa S. Dick, Spokane, driving under the influence amended to reckless driving and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to 270 days in jail with credit for 19 days served, a $1,000 fine and 24 months supervised probation.
Melissa S. Dick, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Case dismissed.
Vine Dorian Brokenrope, Malott, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation.
Brad Andrew Wilson, Davenport, driving under the influence. Sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served, a $1,250 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Criminal docket-Nov. 9
Ellen D. Gross, who was convicted of second-degree theft in 2017, failed to appear for a review hearing. A bench warrant was issued with bond set at $2,500.
Michael Lorentz Jackson, who is charged with second-degree theft, had his case moved to District Court.
Catherine Marie Herrman, who is charged with second-degree identity theft and three counts of second-degree theft, had her case continued to Dec. 14.
Timothy Lee Morton, who is charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree theft, is working on a resolution. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 11.
Ernest Vern Windisch, who is charged with second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, had a subpoena quashed. A motion to compel is needed to continue the case.
Cody James Magruder, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, motor vehicle theft, first-degree theft and two counts of second-degree vehicle prowling, had his case continued to Jan. 4.
Tyler Elman Scharff, who is charged with second-degree assault, had a motion hearing to rescind a no-contact order continued to Nov. 16.
Criminal docket-Nov. 10
LeVance Anthony Reed of Davenport was convicted on one count of violating a no-contact protection order and was sentenced to 19 months in prison.
