A Lincoln woman said a car rear-ended her car on Harrington-Tokio Road and left the scene.
A caller said there was a Doberman loose on the 1400 block of Sinclair Street in Davenport.
A caller reported a 74-year-old female dry heaving.
A sudden death was reported in Lincoln.
A man reported problems with the person he was trying to sell a tow truck to.
A Creston woman reported a fallen tree on Redwine Canyon Road.
A Davenport woman said an elderly man came into Wheatland Bank asking if there was any money in his account while being unable to give a name because he had Alzheimer’s.
A power line reportedly fell and started a fire in the Reardan area.
A Davenport woman said they saw a car driving slowly by their Maxwell Street residence several times.
A suspicious vehicle was reported behind Odessa Foods.
A Sprague woman reported a 75-year-old female on the floor unconscious.

Spokane Tribal Police reported an abandoned vehicle on Highway 231 north of Reardan.
An Almira woman said she was driving eastbound on Highway 2 near Creston when she passed her ex-husband, who flipped her off and swerved toward her.
A Wilbur man said his mother-in-law was sending threatening text messages.
A Reardan man said a drunk man was arguing with his neighbors across the street on the 51400 block of Whispering Pines Drive East.
A caller reported a Subaru Impreza swerving across the roadway coming into Creston.
A Davenport woman said two men were standing outside her house on the 1100 block of 12th Street.
A Davenport woman said her tenants weren’t paying rent and she was trying to get them to leave.
A Davenport woman reported an erratically driven car on the 1400 block of Morgan Street before turning toward Mountain View Cemetery.

Traffic stops: 17
A whiskey bottle was stolen from Safeway in Davenport. Police opted to give the perpetrator a ride home to Grand Coulee instead of taking him to jail.
A suspicious vehicle was reported near Lake Roosevelt.
A caller from Harrington Auto said a wrecked Honda was broken into the previous night.
A Wilbur woman reported a car crash.
A residential burglary was reported in Reardan.
A caller said her husband locked her out of her house and wouldn’t let her back in.
A Wilbur woman said she got a scam call claiming she had Amazon gift cards coming out of her account.
A caller from the Davenport School District said two children tested positive for COVID-19, but their mother wouldn’t get out of her car when she came to pick them up.
Identity theft was reported in Reardan.
A Wilbur woman said she wanted her cousin back.
An Edwall man reported a possible driver under the influence northbound at milepost 130.
A Spokane man said someone got into his house, cooked some food and stole his coffee table on the 1000 block of North Flint Road.
A caller said he saw two men snooping around his house on his security camera.
A caller said her husband was drunk and asked to get a police escort to pick up her shoes and her son.
A Harrington man said he thought he lost his wallet by the school.
A Wilbur man said he heard his 13-year-old nephew was assaulted by his father on the 400 block of Southeast Pope Street.

A Reardan man reported an animal bite.
A Davenport man reported a car off a roadway.
A caller reported suspicious vehicles at the gravel pit on Highway 28 east of Odessa.
A black passenger car was reported off the roadway on Highway 2.

A Davenport man reported an abandoned vehicle with a blown engine on the 700 block of Main Street.
A Davenport man said the husky dog near his residence on 13th Street was harassing his dog.
A Nine Mile Falls man he owns cattle land on Highway 2 at milepost 244 and someone cut his chain off the gate.
Coulee Dam Police said they were about to apprehend a man wanted in Lincoln County for fourth-degree assault.
A caller from Safeway in Davenport said a woman came into her office saying she was kicked out of her car by her boyfriend who left while taking her child.

A Coulee Dam woman reported a possible driver under the influence eastbound on Highway 2 from Creston.
A Reardan man said he and his friends hadn’t been able to get in touch with his wife all day.
A Davenport man reported a goat running loose near the intersection of Highway 25 and Russ Road.
An Odessa man said someone was banging on his door and he could see a pickup and flashlights around his house on the 9330 block of Duck Lake Road North.

A caller reported a black cow sauntering down Highway 2 two miles west of Rocklyn Road.
A caller reported a driver than ran out of gas and was pushing their vehicle off the roadway.
A caller wanted a deputy present when he exchanged children with his ex-wife at the Conoco in Wilbur.
A Bluestem woman reported a man in a blue car parked in the middle of Mule Ranch Road off Highway 25 lowering his head to avoid being seen.
An abandoned motorhome was reported on Lake Valley Loop Road in Sprague.
A caller requested a welfare check on his two children in Creston.
A Reardan man reported an elderly man whose car broke down on Highway 2 near milepost 260 and had been stopped for about two hours.
A caller said an elderly man fell in the parking lot at Sandy’s Market in Wilbur.
A Spokane Valley woman requested a welfare check on an Odessa man she said she had talked to every day for 11 years, but hadn’t heard from in a week.
A Grand Coulee woman said their landlord was taking pictures of their residence while they were moving out of their lot in the 44900 block of Highway 174 North.
A disabled vehicle was reported on Highway 174 at milepost 28.

Nicholas Gene Finch, 35, Reardan. Arrested by the Reardan Police Department on a charge of fourth-degree assault.
Nov. 18
Jesus Alberto Castaneda, 27, Grand Coulee. Originally arrested by the Reardan Police Department on charges of second-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree theft.
Nov. 19
Todd Edwin Miller, 49, Wilbur. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of fourth-degree assault.
Nov. 21
Dorothy Alice Metcalf, 60, Coeur d’Alene. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of driving under the influence.

Douglas Dean Dunston, Richland, driving under the influence. Sentenced to two days in jail, a $1,250 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.
Philip Wayne Irwin, Davenport, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 10 days in jail.
Kameron James David McGinnis, Spokane, fishing license not on person and no valid two pole endorsement. Ordered to pay a $300 fine.
Tisen Wayne Sterkel, Priest River, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $250 fine.
Ben Potter, Spokane Valley, third-degree driving with a suspended license and making a false statement to a public servant. First charge dismissed. Sentenced to eight hours of community service, a $250 fine and 12 months supervised probation.
Ryan Lee Hoots, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a valid license. First charge dismissed. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours of community service, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.
William Sam Kessler, Davenport, domestic violence/interference with reporting and domestic violence/disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $350 fine.

Criminal docket-Nov. 16
Richard Deno Denison, who was convicted of two counts of residential burglary, three counts of firearm theft and two counts of second-degree firearm theft stemming from an incident in March 2018 and is currently serving a 126-month sentence at the Airway Heights Correctional Facility, had the state agree that his out-of-state possession charge should be dropped, which would reduce his offender score by one. A resentencing hearing was scheduled for Dec. 14.
Bryan Lee Wing, who was convicted of second-degree burglary, second-degree malicious mischief and third-degree theft in 2020, was resentenced to 68 months in prison on the first count and 12 concurrent months on the third count.
Michelle L. Hopkins, who is charged with possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct in the first and second degree, called to say she was ready for her Dec. 8 trial, where the state is expected to add charges.
Ernest Vern Windisch, who is charged with second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, had his case continued to Jan. 18.
Amy Elizabeth Wilsey, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and third-degree theft, had her hearing continued to Nov. 23.
Michael Gene Hubbs, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and third-degree theft, plans to change his not-guilty plea Nov. 23.
Christopher D. Holverson, who is charged with first-degree malicious mischief, second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and third-degree theft, had his hearing continued to Jan. 8.
Tyler Elman Scarff, who is charged with second-degree assault/strangulation, had a no-contact order with the alleged victim rescinded, but Scharff had to submit to random drug/alcohol testing.
Austin A. Anderson, who is charged with third-degree child molestation, had his hearing continued to Jan. 4.
Gregory Wayne Devin, who is charged with two counts of second-degree unlawful firearm possession, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 11 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 2.
