Burglary was reported.
An Odessa man said a bus driver saw an SUV in a field on the south side of Davis Road near Batum Road and wondered if it had been in a collision.
Three Lincoln County Jail inmates were transported to Lincoln Hospital for COVID-19 tests before being transferred to the Department of Corrections.
A disabled vehicle was reported a half mile east of Mountain View Cemetery in Davenport.

Traffic stops: 12
A Creston woman said she and her husband were awoken to someone driving down their driveway on Roby Road North and checking out their property. She said when they confronted the driver, he said his GPS led him that direction and quickly left.
A one-vehicle crash was reported eastbound on Highway 28 near milepost 103.
A dead deer carcass was removed from a road.
Davenport City Hall workers reported two people sleeping in their bathrooms, with a strong scent of marijuana coming from the room.
25 red cows were reported on a state highway.
A black Toyota Tacoma and cargo trailer reportedly rolled over in an undisclosed location.
Two Lincoln County Jail inmates were transported to Spokane County.
A Wilbur woman said two men she has an anti-harassment order against drove by her property and looked like they were trying to back up to her yard on the 800 block of Southeast Pope Street.
A Davenport man said he was told someone was spinning circles in a vehicle in his field on Wheatdale Road North.
A Fruitland man said his wife didn’t return his kids from visitation and said when they were originally picked up by his wife, they didn’t want to go with her.
A Reardan man said many drivers were ignoring a road closure sign on Addington Road just south of Alexander Road and tearing the road up.
A caller said he shipped his 1969 Firebird to his son in Reardan and couldn’t find the vehicle identification number.
A caller said he hit a deer and caved in the front of his vehicle near Lake Roosevelt.
A Reardan woman said another woman told her that her boyfriend dropped her off, and the caller said she thought this woman was beaten and abandoned by the boyfriend.
A Medical Lake man said his niece called him and told him she was hiding at a friend’s house in Wilbur and needed to be picked up.

Trespassing was reported.
Washington State Patrol said they received a call reporting a suspicious Jeep Cherokee near the intersection of Old Sprague Highway and Fishtrap Road.
A Davenport woman reported a maroon Toyota crossing lanes and dangerously passing cars westbound on Highway 2 from U.S. Bank.
A caller reported a vehicle going irregular speeds and preventing drivers from passing the car.
A caller said he smelled strong natural gas scents at the intersection of Highway 28 and third Street into Harrington.
A Davenport man reported a black Chrysler spinning out and kicking up gravel in front of his house on the 600 block of 13th Street.
A caller reported a fifth-wheel truck traveling eastbound on Highway 2 at milepost 260 with no lights on crossing lanes.
An Avista worker said they needed to pass a welfare check on to dispatch from the 11200 block of Kellum Road East in Odessa.
A Davenport man said he saw a vehicle slide off Porcupine Bay Road by Randall Lane.

A caller reported a reckless driver westbound on Highway 2 from Third Street in Davenport speeding and making bad passes.

A two-car crash was reported.
Goats got loose in Harrington at Main and Fourth Streets.
A caller said he was picking up some property per a court order and another person came driving into the property, broke into a shop, broke some items and stole other items.
A Davenport man said someone tried to use his social security number on the West Coast.
A caller reported suffering two flat tires about five minutes from Les Schwab in Davenport.

Traffic stops: 40
A caller reported an abandoned Ford flatbed truck with a ladder in an undisclosed location.
A Ford man said someone had been trespassing on his land on the 51100 block of Piper Lane East. He said when he confronted the subject, the subject sent him text messages saying he was going to follow the Constitution and get on the property anyway.
Multiple 911 hangups came from the 8800 block of Alderson Road East in Wilbur, and children were suspected of playing with the phone.
An Edwall woman reported two cars on a summer use road.
A suspicious vehicle was reported at an abandoned house in the Odessa area.
An Odessa woman reported a break-in.
A caller said his wife and son were on a walk when his son was attacked by the neighbor’s dog.
A Sprague woman said her husband was acting erratically and drinking a lot and she tried to kick him out but said she knew that he had a right to their house as well on the 100 block of South H Street.

Traffic stops: 44
A suspicious vehicle was reported on Highway 231 north of Denny Station.
A Creston man found property floating in Lake Roosevelt outside Lincoln then brought it to his home on the 37100 block of Bachelor Flats Drive North.

Mark Allan Pleger, 45, Couer d’Alene. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of second-degree burglary and second-degree theft.

Philip Wayne Irwin, 29, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of driving under the influence.
Nathan David King, 32, Spokane. Arrested by the Reardan Police Department on charges of failure to transfer a title within 45 days, residential burglary and a special fuel trip permit violation.
